- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 1(2) of the Malaysian Space Board Act 2022 [Act 834], the Minister appoints 4 August 2022 as the date on which sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 41, 42, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64 and 72 of the Act come into operation.
