- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 1(3) of the Constitution (Amendment) (No. 3) Act 2022 [Act A1663], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong with the consent of the Sultan of Perak Darul Ridzuan appoints 8 December 2022 as the date on which section 6 of the Act comes into operation in the State of Perak Darul Ridzuan.
