- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 54(1) Akta Kanak-Kanak 2001 [Akta 611], Menteri menetapkan tingkat atas Pusat Perlindungan Sementara, Lot 10, Taman Kian Yap, Jalan Rancha-Rancha, Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan sebagai tempat selamat berkuat kuasa mulai 18 April 2014. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 54(1) of the Child Act 2001 [Act 611], the Minister appoints the upper floor of the Pusat Perlindungan Sementara, Lot 10, Taman Kian Yap, Jalan Rancha-Rancha, Federal Territory of Labuan as a place of safety with effect from 18 April 2014.
