- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Arms Act 1960 [Act 206], the Minister exempts the Armed Forces of the United States of America from the application of paragraphs 5(1)(a), (b), (c), (d) and (e) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of Exercise Balance Mint 15-5529 with the Malaysian Armed Forces for the period from 20 August 2015 to 6 October 2015.
