- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Arms Act 1960 [Act 206], the Minister exempts the United States of America Navy Special Troops from the application of paragraphs 5(1)(a), (b), (c), (d) and (e) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purposes of the Royal Malaysian Navy–United States of America Navy Special Troops Flash Mint Exercise 16-2450 for the period from 17 August 2016 to 10 September 2016.
