- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 60 Akta Senjata 1960 [Akta 206], Menteri mengecualikan Pengarah Syarikat DSA Exhibition and Conference Sdn. Bhd. daripada pemakaian perenggan 5(1)(a) dan (b) Akta berkenaan dengan senjata dan amunisi yang dimaksudkan semata-mata bagi maksud pameran di “Defence Services Asia 2012 (DSA 2012)” bagi tempoh dua bulan mulai dari 1 April 2012 hingga 1 Jun 2012. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Arms Act 1960 [Act 206], the Minister exempts the Director of DSA Exhibition and Conference Sdn. Bhd. from the application of paragraphs 5(1)(a) and (b) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of display at the “Defence Services Asia 2012 (DSA 2012)” for a period of two months from 1 April 2012 to 1 June 2012.
