Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 60 Akta Senjata 1960 [Akta 206], Menteri mengecualikan Komander Unit Pencegahan Penyeludupan (UPP) Negeri Kelantan daripada pemakaian perenggan 5(1)(a) dan

(b)

Akta berkenaan dengan pemilikan sepuluh laras senjata automatik dengan nombor siri 62-410210,

62-410211, 62-410212, 62-410213, 62-410214, 62-410215, 62-410216, 62-410217,

62-410218 dan 62-410219 milik Unit Pencegahan Penyeludupan (UPP) Negeri Kelantan yang digunakan bagi maksud tugas penguatkuasaan.

EXEMPTION FROM PARAGRAPHS 5(1)(a) AND (b)

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Arms Act 1960 [Act 206], the Minister exempts the Commander of Anti Smuggling Unit (UPP) in Kelantan from the application of paragraphs 5(1)(a) and (b) of the Act in respect of the ownership of the ten automatic firearms with serial number of 62-410210, 62-410211, 62-410212, 62-410213, 62-410214, 62-410215, 62-410216, 62-410217, 62-410218 and 62-410219 owned by Kelantan Anti-Smuggling Unit (UPP) intended for the purpose of enforcement duties.
