- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 60 Akta Senjata 1960 [Akta 206], Menteri mengecualikan Pengarah Syarikat Tropical Quantum Sdn. Bhd. daripada pemakaian perenggan 5(1)(a) dan (b) Akta berkenaan dengan tiga puluh laras senjata api automatik jenis 5.56mm, tiga puluh laras senjata api automatik jenis 7.62mm dan tiga puluh laras senjata api automatik jenis carbine rifle 9mm milik Syarikat Tropical Quantum Sdn. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Arms Act 1960 [Act 206], the Minister exempts the Director of Tropical Quantum Sdn. Bhd. from the application of paragraphs 5(1)(a) and (b) of the Act in respect of thirty 5.56mm automatic firearms, thirty 7.62mm automatic firearms and thirty 9mm automatic carbine rifle of the Tropical Quantum Sdn.
