- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Arms Act 1960 [Act 206], the Minister exempts Barack Obama, President of the United States of America and his delegation from the application of paragraphs 5(1)(a) and (b) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of the President’s Official Working Visit to Malaysia for the period from 15 November 2015 to 25 November 2015.
