Bhd. daripada pemakaian perenggan 5(1)(a) dan (b) Akta berkenaan dengan senjata dan amunisi yang dimaksudkan semata-mata bagi tujuan pameran di “Defence Services Asia Exhibition and Conference 2016 (DSA 2016)” bagi tempoh dua bulan mulai 18 Mac 2016 hingga 18 Mei 2016. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Arms Act 1960 [Act 206], the Minister exempts the Director of DSA Exhibition and Conference Sdn. Bhd. from the application of paragraphs 5(1)(a) and (b) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of display at the “Defence Services Asia Exhibition and Conference 2016 (DSA 2016)” for a period of two months from 18 March 2016 to 18 May 2016.
