- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 60 Akta Senjata 1960 [Akta 206], Menteri mengecualikan Pengarah Syarikat DSA Exhibition and Conference Sdn. Bhd. daripada pemakaian subseksyen 3(2) Akta berkenaan dengan senjata dan amunisi yang dimaksudkan semata-mata bagi maksud pameran di “Defence Services Asia Exhibition and Conference 2014 (DSA 2014)” bagi tempoh dua bulan mulai 1 April 2014 hingga 1 Jun 2014 dengan syarat bahawa ada lesen senjata yang berkuat kuasa berkenaan dengan senjata dan amunisi itu, yang telah diberikan kepada Pengarah DSA Exhibition and Conference Sdn. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Arms Act 1960 [Act 206], the Minister exempts the Director of DSA Exhibition and Conference Sdn. Bhd. from the application of subsection 3(2) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of display at the “Defence Services Asia Exhibition and Conference 2014 (DSA 2014)” for a period of two months from 1 April 2014 to 1 June 2014 provided that there is in force an arms license, in respect of those arms and ammunition, granted to the Director of DSA Exhibition and Conference Sdn.
