- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Arms Act 1960 [Act 206], the Minister exempts His Excellency John Kerry, Secretary of State of the United States of America and his officials from the application of subsection 3(2) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of the Secretary of State’s Official Working Visit to Malaysia for the period from 4 August 2015 to 6 August 2015.
