- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Arms Act 1960 [Act 206], the Minister exempts U.S. Navy Special Troops from the application of subsection 3(2) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of MALUS AMPHEX 2015 FORCE PROTECTION EXERCISE with the Malaysia Armed Forces for the period from 8 November 2015 to 15 November 2015.
