- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 60 Akta Senjata 1960 [Akta 206], Menteri mengecualikan penembak di bawah umur lapan belas tahun daripada pemakaian subseksyen 3(2) Akta bagi maksud latihan menembak di lapangan menembak yang dibenarkan sebagai persediaan bagi Sukan Komanwel 2018, Sukan Sea 2017, Sukan Olimpik 2016, Sukan Asia 2016 dan Sukan Malaysia 2016 bagi tempoh mulai 1 Januari 2016 hingga 31 Disember 2018, dengan syarat bahawa ada berkuat kuasa suatu lesen senjata berkenaan dengan senjata yang digunakan bagi maksud itu. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Arms Act 1960 [Act 206], the Minister exempts shooters under the age of eighteen years from the application of subsection 3(2) of the Act for the purpose of shooting practice at the authorized shooting range as preparation for the 2018 Commonwealth Games, 2017 Sea Games, 2016 Olympic Games, 2016 Asian Games and 2016 Malaysian Games for the period from 1 January 2016 to 31 December 2018, provided that there is in force an arms licence in respect of the arms used for that purpose.
