- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 65U Ordinan Perkapalan Saudagar 1952 [Ord. 70/1952], Menteri mengecualikan suatu kapal yang bukan kapal Malaysia daripada pemakaian subseksyen 65KA(1) dan 65L(1) Ordinan berkenaan dengan perkhidmatan yang diberikan kepada ATT Tanjung Bin Sdn. Bhd. (755986-P) bagi maksud mengangkut petrolem mentah dari Pelabuhan Tanjong Pelepas, Pelabuhan Kukup, Pelabuhan Melaka, Pelabuhan Port Dickson dan Pelabuhan Kerteh ke Jeti Pusat Petrokimia dan Industri Maritim Tanjung Bin. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 65U of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance 1952 [Ord. 70/1952], the Minister exempts a non-Malaysian ship from the application of subsections 65KA(1) and 65L(1) of the Ordinance in respect of services rendered to the ATT Tanjung Bin Sdn. Bhd. (755986-P) for the purpose of transporting crude petroleum from the Port of Tanjong Pelepas, Port of Kukup, Port of Malacca, Port of Port Dickson and Port of Kerteh to the Jetty of Tanjung Bin Petrochemical and Maritime Industrial Hub.
