- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 2A(2) Akta Pemberi Pinjam Wang 1951 [Akta 400], Menteri mengecualikan Yayasan Dar Al Qard Al Hassan daripada semua peruntukan Akta bagi tempoh dua tahun berkuat kuasa mulai 7 Januari 2013. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 2A(2) of the Moneylenders Act 1951 [Act 400], the Minister exempts the Yayasan Dar Al Qard Al Hassan from all of the provisions of the Act for a period of two years with effect from 7 January 2013.
