- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 2A(2) Akta Pemberi Pinjam Wang 1951 [Akta 400], Menteri mengecualikan Credit Guarantee Corporation Malaysia Berhad daripada semua peruntukan Akta bagi tempoh lima puluh tahun berkuat kuasa mulai 30 Jun 2013.
