- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 2A(2) Akta Pemberi Pinjam Wang 1951 [Akta 400], Menteri mengecualikan MKD Kencana Sdn. Bhd. daripada semua peruntukan Akta bagi tempoh dua puluh tahun berkuat kuasa mulai tarikh penyiaran pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 2A(2) of the Moneylenders Act 1951 [Act 400], the Minister exempts MKD Kencana Sdn. Bhd. from all of the provisions of the Act for a period of twenty years with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette.
