  1. PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subperaturan 15(1) Peraturan-Peraturan Pergigian 1976 [P.U. (A) 14/1977], adalah diisytiharkan bahawa orang yang dinamakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual telah dipilih sebagai ahli Majlis Pergigian Malaysia di bawah perenggan 3(1)(f), (g) dan (h) Akta Pergigian 1971 [Akta 51] bagi tempoh tiga tahun berkuat kuasa mulai tarikh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2) Jadual.

DECLARATION OF CANDIDATES ELECTED AS

MEMBERS OF THE MALAYSIAN DENTAL COUNCIL

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subregulation 15(1) of the Dental

Regulations 1976 [P.U. (A) 14/1977], it is declared that the persons named in column (1) of the Schedule have been elected as the members of the Malaysian Dental

Council under paragraphs 3(1)(f), (g) and (h) of the Dental Act 1971 [Act 51]

for a period of three years with effect from the dates specified in column (2)

of the Schedule.
