NOTICE UNDER SUBSECTION 24(1)
RETURNS AND STATEMENTS OF ELECTION EXPENSES
PERAK
IN ACCORDANCE with subsection 24(1) of the Election Offences Act 1954 [Act 5], it is notified that the returns in respect of election expenses and the statements made in respect of the election expenses were received by the State Elections Director of Perak from the candidate named in column (1) of the Schedule on 19 April 2018.
Any person may inspect and on payment of the prescribed fee may make extracts from such returns and statements at the office of the State Elections Director of Perak during office hours on any working day within a period of six months from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette.
