MENGIKUT subseksyen 24(1) Akta Kesalahan Pilihan Raya 1954 [Akta 5], diberitahu bahawa penyata berkenaan dengan belanja pilihan raya dan pernyataan yang dibuat berkenaan dengan belanja pilihan raya telah diterima oleh Pengarah Pilihan Raya Negeri Sarawak daripada calon yang dinamakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual pada tarikh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (4). Mana-mana orang boleh memeriksa dan apabila dibayar fi yang ditetapkan boleh membuat cabutan daripada penyata dan pernyataan itu di pejabat Pengarah Pilihan Raya Negeri Sarawak semasa waktu pejabat pada mana-mana hari bekerja dalam tempoh enam bulan dari tarikh Notis ini disiarkan dalam Warta. 3 ELECTION OFFENCES ACT 1954 NOTICE UNDER SUBSECTION 24(1) RETURNS AND STATEMENTS OF ELECTION EXPENSES SARAWAK IN ACCORDANCE with subsection 24(1) of the Election Offences Act 1954 [Act 5], it is notified that the returns in respect of election expenses and the statements made in respect of the election expenses were received by the State Elections Director of Sarawak from the candidates named in column (1) of the Schedule on the dates specified in column (4). Any person may inspect and on payment of the prescribed fee may make extracts from such returns and statements at the office of the State Elections Director of Sarawak during office hours on any working day within a period of six months from the date of the publication of this Notice in the Gazette. 4 JADUAL/SCHEDULE
