- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 32 Akta Bantuan Guaman 1971 [Akta 26], Menteri membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

dipinda dengan menggantikan perkataan “seseorang peguam” dengan perkataan
“Ketua Pengarah Bantuan Guaman atau seseorang peguam”.

Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 32 Legal Aid Act 1971 [Act 26], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.

These Regulations come into operation on 1 June 2021.
Amendment of Regulation 14 2.
Regulation 14 of the Legal Aid Regulations 2017 [P.U. (A) 369/2017] is amended by substituting for the words “a solicitor” the words “the Director General of Legal Aid or a solicitor”.
