EXCISE (SALE OF INTOXICATING LIQUORS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2021

Suggest a correction
  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 85 of the Excise Act 1976 [Act 176], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.

These regulations may be cited as the Excise (Sale of Intoxicating

Liquors) (Amendment) Regulations 2021.

These Regulations come into operation on 15 January 2021.

Amendment of regulation 16 2.

The Excise (Sale of Intoxicating Liquors) Regulations 1977 [P.U. (A) 156/1977]

are amended in regulation 16 by substituting for the words “eighteen years of age”

the words “the age of twenty-one years”.
