Peraturan-Peraturan ibu dipinda dengan memasukkan selepas peraturan 13
of Peraturan-Peraturan Hidrogen Sianid (Pengasapan) (Pindaan) 2025
peraturan yang berikut:
“Theoretical and practical test fees 13A.
(1)
Every application for the theoretical and practical test referred to under paragraph 13(c) shall be accompanied by payment of a fee of two hundred ringgit.

(2)
Notwithstanding subregulation
(1)
, every application for a repetition of the theoretical test referred to under paragraph 13(c) shall be accompanied by payment of a fee of one hundred ringgit.
(3)
The fees paid under subregulations (1) and (2) shall not be refundable.”.
