Peraturan-Peraturan ibu dipinda dengan menggantikan subperaturan (8) dengan subperaturan yang berikut:

“(8) A Dependant’s Pass shall be—
(a)
in the form of an endorsement as specified in Form 11 of the
Second Schedule on the passport of the holder of the
Dependant’s Pass; and
(b)
in the form of a card as specified in Form 11A for
Peninsular Malaysia, Form 11B for Sabah and Form 11C for
Sarawak.”.
