Peraturan 13 Peraturan-Peraturan ibu dipinda—
(a)
dengan menggantikan subperaturan (3) dengan subperaturan yang berikut:
“(3)
A Student’s Pass shall be—
(a)
in the form of an endorsement as specified in Form 15
of the Second Schedule on the passport of the holder of the Student’s Pass; and

(b)
in the form of a card as specified in Form 15A for
Peninsular Malaysia, Form 15B for Sabah and
Form 15C for Sarawak.”; dan
(b)
dengan memasukkan selepas subperaturan (3) subperaturan yang berikut:
“(3A) A holder of the Student’s Pass shall be entitled to enter
Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak and remain there for such period subject to the conditions as specified in the Student’s Pass.”.
