Peraturan 16A Peraturan-Peraturan ibu dipinda dengan menggantikan subperaturan (8) dengan subperaturan yang berikut:

“(8)
A Residence Pass shall be—
(a)
in the form of an endorsement as specified in Form 16B of the
Second Schedule on the passport of the holder of the Residence
Pass; and
(b)
in the form of a card as specified in Form 16C for Peninsular
Malaysia, Form 16D for Sabah and Form 16E for Sarawak.”.
