Opening note
Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 142(4) Akta Kastam 1967 [Akta 235], Menteri membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa
Seksyen 2
Peraturan-Peraturan Kastam 1977 [P.U. (A)
162/1977], yang disebut
“Peraturan-Peraturan ibu” dalam Peraturan-Peraturan ini, dipinda dalam peraturan 3
(a)
dalam subperaturan (1), dengan memasukkan selepas proviso (xix)
proviso yang berikut:
“(xx) di Pusat Petrokimia dan Industri Maritim, Tanjung Bin, Pontian,
Johor, waktu-waktu itu adalah
dari 6.00 pagi hingga 6.00 petang pada mana-mana hari”; dan
(b)
dalam subperaturan (4), dengan memasukkan selepas proviso (xx)
proviso yang berikut:
“(xxi) di Pusat Petrokimia dan Industri Maritim, Tanjung Bin, Pontian,
Johor, waktu-waktu itu adalah
dari 6.00 pagi hingga 6.00 petang pada mana-mana hari”.

CUSTOMS (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2012
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 142(4) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.

These Regulations come into operation on 26 March 2012.
Amendment of regulation 3 2.
The Customs Regulations 1977 [P.U. (A) 162/1977], which are referred to as the
“principal Regulations” in these Regulations, are amended in regulation 3
(a)
in subregulation (1), by inserting after proviso (xix) the following proviso:
“(xx) at Petrochemical and Maritime Industrial Hub, Tanjung Bin, Pontian,
Johor, the hours shall be
from 6.00 am to 6.00 pm on any day”; and
(b)
in subregulation (4), by inserting after proviso (xx) the following proviso:
“(xxi) at Petrochemical and Maritime Industrial Hub, Tanjung Bin,
Pontian, Johor, the hours shall be
from 6.00 am to 6.00 pm on any day”.

Amendment of First Schedule 3.
The principal Regulations are amended in the First Schedule, in Part I, under the subheading “States of Malaya” by inserting after the Customs Port “Tanjung Belungkor”
and the particulars relating to it the following particulars:
