CUSTOMS ACT 1967

CUSTOMS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 3) REGULATIONS 2023

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 142 of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following regulations:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

These regulations may be cited as the Customs (Amendment) (No. 3)

Regulations 2023.

(2)

These Regulations come into operation on 1 November 2023.

Amendment of Second Schedule 2.

The Customs Regulations 2019 [P.U. (A) 397/2019] are amended in the Second Schedule in Part I, in relation to customs port for Johor, by substituting for item Tanjung Pelepas Port, Johor Bahru and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulars:
