PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 6(2)(b) Akta Kawalan Bekalan 1961 [Akta 122], Menteri membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Kawalan Bekalan (Larangan Eksport) (Pindaan) 2021.

CONTROL OF SUPPLIES (PROHIBITION ON EXPORT)

(AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2021

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 6(2)(b)

of the

Control of Supplies Act 1961 [Act 122], the Minister makes the following regulations:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

These regulations may be cited as the Control of Supplies

(Prohibition on Export) (Amendment) Regulations 2021.

(2)

These Regulations come into operation on 15 October 2021.

Amendment of Second Schedule 2.

The Second Schedule to the Control of Supplies (Prohibition on Export)

Regulations 2011 [P.U. (A) 86/2011] is amended by inserting after the item

“N95 face mask (surgical/medical)” the following items:

“Sugar

Cement”.
