- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 6 Akta Kawalan Bekalan 1961 [Akta 122], Menteri membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa
Seksyen 2
Jadual kepada Peraturan-Peraturan Kawalan Bekalan 1974 [P.U. (A) 103/1974]
dipinda—
(a)
dalam Bahagian I, dengan menggantikan butiran 7 dengan butiran yang berikut:
“7.
Semua gred bahan api diesel, dan campuran bahan api diesel dan biobahan api”; dan
(b)
dalam butiran 2 Bahagian II, dalam teks bahasa kebangsaan, dengan menggantikan perkataan “bahanapi disel” dengan perkataan “bahan api diesel”.

CONTROL OF SUPPLIES (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2013
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Control of Supplies Act 1961 [Act 122], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
These regulations may be cited as the Control of Supplies (Amendment)
Regulations 2013.
(2)
These Regulations come into operation on 6 September 2013.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The Schedule to the Control of Supplies Regulations 1974 [P.U. (A) 103/1974] is amended—
(a)
in Part I, by substituting for item 7 the following item:
“7.
All grades of diesel fuel, and mixture of diesel fuel and biofuel”;
and
(b)
in item 2 of Part II, in the national language text, by substituting for the words “bahanapi disel” the words “bahan api diesel”.
