LOTTERIES (REGISTRATION AND LICENSING OF GAMING MACHINES)
(AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2012
IN excercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Lotteries Act 1952 [Act 288], the Minister makes the following regulations:
Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
These regulations may be cited as the Lotteries (Registration and
Licensing of Gaming Machines) (Amendment) Regulations 2012.
(2)
These Regulations come into operation on 1 October 2012.
Amendment of First Schedule 2.
The Lotteries (Registration and Licensing of Gaming Machines) Regulations 1973
[P.U. (A) 161/1973] is amended by substituting for the First Schedule the following
Schedule:
