Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 34 of the Food Act 1983 [Act 281], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement

Seksyen 1

(1)

These regulations may be cited as the Food (Amendment)

Regulations 2013.

(2)

These Regulations come into operation on 1 October 2013.

Amendment of regulation 396

The Food Regulations 1985 [P.U. (A) 437/1985] is amended by deleting regulation 396.
