  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 42(2)(j) of the Optical Act 1991 [Act 469], the Minister, after consulting the Council, makes the following regulations: Citation 1. These regulations may be cited as the Optical (Amendment) Regulations 2021. Amendment of regulation 26 2. The Optical Regulations 1994 [P.U. (A) 210/1994] are amended in subregulation 26(2) by substituting for the words “at least one local newspaper” the words “any media including a social media as the Council deems fit,”.
