  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 8(g) of the Estate Hospital Assistants (Registration) Act 1965 [Act 435], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation 1. These regulations may be cited as the Estate Hospital Assistants (Registration Board) (Amendment) Regulations 2024. Amendment of regulation 2 2. The Estate Hospital Assistants (Registration Board) Regulations 1965 [L.N. 182/1965] are amended in subregulation 2(1)—

(a)

by deleting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (d);

in paragraph (e), by inserting after the words “Ministry of Labour”

the words “; and”; and

Suggest a correction

(c)

by inserting after paragraph (e) the following paragraph:

“(f)

any other person as the Board thinks necessary,”.
