dalam Peraturan-Peraturan ini, dipinda dengan menggantikan peraturan 3 dengan peraturan yang berikut:
“Tafsiran
Dalam Peraturan-Peraturan ini, “kawasan tempatan jangkitan” ertinya mana-mana kawasan yang diisytiharkan sebagai kawasan tempatan jangkitan di bawah Perintah Pencegahan dan Pengawalan
Penyakit Berjangkit
(Pengisytiharan Kawasan Tempatan Jangkitan) 2020 [P.U. (A) 87/2020].”.
Penggantian peraturan 7A
Seseorang boleh bergerak bagi maksud aktiviti melancong ke mana-mana tempat di dalam kawasan tempatan jangkitan yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual Pertama tertakluk kepada apa-apa syarat yang ditentukan oleh
Ketua Pengarah dari semasa ke semasa yang disiarkan dalam laman sesawang rasmi Majlis Keselamatan Negara.”.

Pindaan peraturan 9

(MEASURES WITHIN INFECTED LOCAL AREAS) (RECOVERY MOVEMENT CONTROL)
(NO. 3) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 13) REGULATIONS 2021
Opening note
These regulations may be cited as the Prevention and Control of
Infectious Diseases (Measures within Infected Local Areas) (Recovery Movement
Control) (No. 3) (Amendment) (No. 13) Regulations 2021.
These Regulations come into operation on 29 April 2021.
Substitution of regulation 3 2.
The Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases (Measures within
Infected Local Areas) (Recovery Movement Control) (No. 3) Regulations 2021
[P.U. (A) 98/2021], which are referred to as the “principal Regulations” in these
Regulations, are amended by subtituting for regulation 3 the following regulation:
“Interpretation 3.
In these Regulations, “infected local area” means any area declared to be an infected local area under the Prevention and Control of Infectious
Diseases (Declaration of Infected Local Areas) Order 2020 [P.U. (A) 87/2020].”.
Substitution of regulation 7A
The principal Regulations are amended by substituting for regulation 7A the following regulation:

“Movement for purpose of touring 7A.
A person may move for the purpose of touring activity to any place within the infected local areas specified in column (1) of the First Schedule subject to any conditions determined by the Director General from time to time as published in the official website of the National Security Council.”.
Deletion of regulation 8 4.
The principal Regulations are amended by deleting regulation 8.
Amendment of regulation 9 5.
Regulation 9 of the principal Regulations is amended by deleting the words
“from one zone to another zone within the State of Sabah, or”.
Substitution of First Schedule 6.
The principal Regulations are amended by substituting for the First Schedule the following schedule:
