Pemulihan) (No. 3) 2021 [P.U. (A) 98/2021], yang disebut “Peraturan-Peraturan ibu”
dalam Peraturan-Peraturan ini, dipinda dengan menggantikan peraturan 2 dengan peraturan yang berikut:
“Pemakaian 2.
Peraturan-Peraturan ini hendaklah terpakai bagi kawasan tempatan jangkitan, atau bahagian, daerah, mukim atau tempat, dalam kawasan tempatan jangkitan, dan bagi tempoh, yang ditetapkan dan diumumkan oleh Kerajaan dari semasa ke semasa dan disiarkan dalam laman sesawang
Majlis Keselamatan Negara.”.

(NO. 3) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 16) REGULATIONS 2021
Opening note
These regulations may be cited as the Prevention and Control of
Infectious Diseases (Measures within Infected Local Areas) (Recovery Movement
Control) (No. 3) (Amendment) (No. 16) Regulations 2021.
These Regulations come into operation on 6 May 2021.
Substitution of regulation 2 2.
The Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases (Measures within
Infected Local Areas) (Recovery Movement Control) (No. 3) Regulations 2021
[P.U. (A) 98/2021], which are referred to as the “principal Regulations” in these
Regulations, are amended by substituting for regulation 2 the following regulation:
“Application 2.
These Regulations shall apply to the infected local area, or division, district, mukim or place, in the infected local area, and for the period, as determined and announced by the Government from time to time and published in the website of the National Security Council.”.
Deletion of regulation 7A
The principal Regulations are amended by deleting regulation 7A.
Deletion of First Schedule 4.
The principal Regulations are amended by deleting the First Schedule.
