Section 11

Seksyen 11

A holder of any air public transport licence or permit to carry passengers shall ensure that the number of passengers carried on board the air public transport for each journey to the State of Sabah or Sarawak or the Federal Territory of Labuan from Peninsular Malaysia and vice versa shall be in accordance with the directions of the Director General issued under regulation 14.”.

The Schedule to the principal Regulations is amended in paragraph 10 by deleting the words “tourism services,”.
