Any person driving a private vehicle may carry such number of passengers that may be carried in the private vehicle as regulated under the Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333] and such passengers shall be persons staying in the same house as him.”.

This regulation comes into operation on 27 May 2020.
Substitution of regulation 11 5.
The principal Regulations are amended by substituting for regulation 11
the following regulation:
“Air public transport to State of Sabah or Sarawak or Federal Territory of
Labuan from Peninsular Malaysia and vice versa
