For the purposes of these Regulations, the Advisory Board may summon and examine any witnesses, administer the oaths or affirmations and compel the production of any documents.”.

Amendment of regulation 10 6.
Regulation 10 of the principal Regulations is amended
(a)
by deleting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (a); and
(b)
by inserting after paragraph (a) the following paragraph:
“(aa) would compromise the public security; or”.
