Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 130(2)(b) of the Education Act 1996 [Act 550], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 1 January 2025.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The Education (Terms of Educational Institutions Academic Calendar 2024/2025)
Regulations 2023 [P.U. (A) 338/2023] are amended in the Schedule—
(b)
by inserting after item Group B and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulars:
“Group C
All educational institutions in Johore
First Term
10 March 2024 to 23 May 2024
Second Term
3 June 2024 to 12 September 2024
Third Term
22 September 2024 to 19 December 2024 29 December 2024 to 17 January 2025”.
