EDUCATION (TERMS OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS YEAR 2021)

REGULATIONS 2020

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 130(2)(b)

of the

Education Act 1996 [Act 550], the Minister makes the following regulations:

Citation

Application 2.

These Regulations shall apply to attendance at educational institutions for the year 2021.

Duration of terms of educational institutions 3.

The duration of terms of educational institutions for the year 2021 shall be as specified in the Schedule.
