  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 3(2)(n) and (o) of the Civil Aviation Act 1969 [Act 3], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.

These regulations may be cited as the Civil Aviation (Fees and Charges)

(Amendment) Regulations 2018.

These Regulations come into operation on 19 February 2018.

General amendment 2.

The Civil Aviation (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2016 [P.U. (A) 99/2016]

are amended by substituting for the words “Department of Civil Aviation” and

“Director General” wherever appearing the word “Authority”.
