LAND PUBLIC TRANSPORT (PRESCRIPTION OF CATEGORY OF

EXPRESS BUS SERVICES) REGULATIONS 2021

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 252(1)(u),

(tr), and subsection 252(2) Land Public Transport Act 2010 [Act 715], the Minister makes the following regulations:

Citation 1.

These regulations may be cited as the

(Prescription of Category of Express Bus Services) Regulations 2021.

Category and specification of express bus services 2.

(1)

There shall be two categories of express bus services as follows:

(a)

economy express bus category; and

(b)

executive express bus category.

(2)

Specifications of category of economy and executive express bus services shall be in accordance specification as specified in the Schedule, respectively.
