- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 121 Akta Pertubuhan Belia dan Pembangunan Belia 2007 [Akta 668], Menteri membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Peraturan-Peraturan Pertubuhan Belia (Pendaftaran) 2007 [P.U. (A) 446/2007], yang disebut “Peraturan-Peraturan ibu” dalam Peraturan-Peraturan ini, dipinda dengan memotong peraturan 14.

Pindaan peraturan 15
Subperaturan 15(2) Peraturan-Peraturan ibu dipinda dengan menggantikan perkataan “dengan setem yang dilekatkan kepada permohonan dan hendaklah dibatalkan oleh Pendaftar atau Penolong Pendaftar apabila menerima permohonan itu”
dengan perkataan “secara tunai atau dalam bentuk cek jurubank, wang pos atau kiriman wang kepada Pendaftar, dan Pendaftar hendaklah mengaku terima fi itu”.

YOUTH SOCIETIES (REGISTRATION) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2012
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 121 of the Youth Societies and Youth Development Act 2007 [Act 668], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.

These regulations may be cited as the Youth Societies (Registration)
(Amendment) Regulations 2012.
(2)

Regulations come into operation on 21
November 2012.
Deletion of regulation 14 2.
The Youth Societies (Registration) Regulations 2007 [P.U. (A) 446/2007], which are referred to as the “principal Regulations” in these Regulations, are amended by deleting regulation 14.
Amendment of regulation 15 3.
Subregulation 15(2) of the principal Regulations is amended by substituting for the words “in stamps affixed to the application and shall be cancelled by the Registrar or
Assistant Registrar on receipt thereof” the words “in cash or in form of banker’s cheque, postal order or money order to the Registrar, and the Registrar shall acknowledge receipt of the fee”.
