TRADITIONAL AND COMPLEMENTARY MEDICINE (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2024

  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 60(2)(b), (c), (d), (e), (k) and (m) of the Traditional and Complementary Medicine Act 2016 [Act 775], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

These regulations may be cited as the Traditional and Complementary

Medicine (Amendment) Regulations 2024.

These Regulations come into operation on 1 March 2024.

Amendment of regulation 1 2.

The Traditional and Complementary Medicine Regulations 2021 [P.U. (A) 69/2021], which are referred to as the “principal Regulations” in these Regulations, are amended in subregulation 1(3) by substituting for the words “29 February 2024”

the words “28 February 2025”.

Substitution of the Fourth Schedule 3.

The principal Regulations are amended by substituting for the Fourth Schedule the following schedule:
