  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Elections Act 1958 [Act 19], the Election Commission, with the approval of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.

These regulations may be cited as the Elections (Conduct of Elections)

(Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2012.

The Elections (Conduct of Elections) Regulations 1981 [P.U. (A) 386/1981] are amended in subregulation 19A(2) in the national language text by inserting before the words “hendaklah enggan” the words “atau mana-mana orang yang bertindak di bawah kuasanya”.
