Peraturan-Peraturan Racun 1952 [L.N. 440/1952] dipinda dengan memasukkan selepas peraturan 28 peraturan yang berikut:

“Exemption of fees for registered pharmacist in the public service 29.

The requirement of paragraph 28(1)(a) relating to the fee of an application for Type A licence does not apply to any registered pharmacist in the public service in the course of his official duty.”.
