(PROCESSING FEES FOR APPLICATION OF CERTIFICATE FOR ACCOMMODATION)
REGULATIONS 2020
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 24D(2) and paragraph 25(2)(f) of the
Employees’ Minimum Standards of Housing, Accommodations and Amenities Act 1990
[Act 446], the Minister makes the following regulations:
Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
These regulations may be cited as the Employees’ Minimum Standards of
Housing, Accommodations and Amenities (Processing Fees for Application of
Certificate for Accommodation) Regulations 2020.
(2)
These Regulations come into operation on 1 September 2020.
Processing fees 2.
(1)
The processing fees payable for an application for a
Certificate for Accommodation under subsection 24D(2) of the Act are as specified in the Schedule.
(2)
The processing fees paid pursuant to subregulation (1) shall not be refundable.
