PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 13 Akta Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan 1957 [Akta 393], Yang di-Pertuan Agong membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Peraturan-peraturan ini bolehlah dinamakan Peraturan-Peraturan

Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan (Pindaan Jadual) (No. 2) 2012.

Peraturan-Peraturan ini disifatkan telah mula berkuat kuasa pada 1 Ogos 2012.

Seksyen 2

Jadual kepada Akta dipinda di bawah tajuk "ALLOWANCES AND PRIVILEGES

APPLICABLE TO ALL COMMISSIONS"—

(a)

dengan menggantikan subperenggan 1(a) dengan subperenggan yang berikut:

“(a)

on outstation duty for a period of twenty-four hours and above:

Chairman equivalent to a member of the public service in Premier/Special Grade “A” on such terms and conditions as stipulated in

Treasury Circular No. 2 of 1992 or as may be determined by the Treasury from time to time.

Deputy Chairman equivalent to a member of the public service in Premier/Special Grade “B” on such terms and conditions as stipulated in

Treasury Circular No. 2 of 1992 or as may be determined by the Treasury from time to time.

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 of the Service Commissions Act 1957 [Act 393], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

These regulations may be cited as the Service Commissions

(Amendment of Schedule) (No. 2) Regulations 2012.

(2)

These Regulations are deemed to have come into operation on 1 August 2012.

Amendment of Schedule 2.

The Schedule to the Act is amended under the heading “ALLOWANCES AND

PRIVILEGES APPLICABLE TO ALL COMMISSIONS”―

(a)

by substituting for subparagraph 1(a) the following subparagraph:

“(a)

on outstation duty for a period of twenty-four hours and above:

Chairman equivalent to a member of the public service in Premier/Special Grade “A” on such terms and conditions as stipulated in Treasury

Circular No. 2 of 1992 or as may be determined by the Treasury from time to time.
